PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG SENAM HAMIL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA AUDIOVISUAL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KURANJI

Abstract

Kuranji Community Health Center, is the coverage of Pregnant Exercise in Padang City. Of the 20 pregnant women, 9 of them did not understand the benefits, goals and the mothers had never participated in pregnancy exercises but they had received health education regarding pregnancy exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy exercise using audiovisual media in the working area of the Kuranji Community Health Center, 2021. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design, the research was carried out in the Work Area of the Kuranji Community Health Center from Oktober to April 2022. The population was all pregnant women who came to the Kuranji, who The number of pregnant women from June whose gestation was 5 months and over in 2021 was 40 people and the samples obtained were 20 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis was using univariate analysis using mean and standard deviation values and bivariate using t-test statistical test with a confidence level of 95% α = 0.05..Through the leadership of the Puskesmas it is hoped that MCH officers and midwives in the village can increase the knowledge of pregnant women through health education using audiovisual media to the knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy exercise in pregnant women and also motivate pregnant women to participate in pregnancy exercise in reducing maternal mortality and improving services. health in pregnant women.
