GAMBARAN PERILAKU IBU HAMIL DALAM PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN CORONA VIRUS 2019 DISEASE (COVID-19) DI PUSKESMAS ANDALAS PADANG

Abstract

The Corona virus or Covid-19 is increasingly rampant in a number of countries, including in Indonesia, even now the situation and conditions have become a pandemic, so everyone is required to start increasing stamina and maintaining endurance so that they are not easily infected with Covid-19, including mothers. pregnant. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of preventing the transmission of Covid-19 in pregnant women at the Andalas Health Center, Padang City in 2021.This type of research is descriptive. The population of this study was 511 people. The sampling technique used the Accidental Sampling method as many as 84 people. The research was carried out on August 03 to October 11, 2021 at the Andalas Health Center, Padang City. Data analysis was carried out univariately. The results showed that more than half of the respondents 72.6% (61 people) had poor behavior regarding the Prevention of Transmission of Corona Virus 2019 Disease (Covid-19) at the Andalas Health Center, Padang City in 2021. The conclusion of this study is that most of the behavior of pregnant women in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 is not good. It is hoped that the Andalas Health Center will provide counseling to pregnant women regarding the behavior of preventing the transmission of Covid-19.
