HUBUNGAN POLA MAKAN DAN TINGKAT STRES DENGAN KEJADIAN GASTRITIS PADA REMAJA DI SMAN 5 SOLOK SELATAN

Abstract

Data on the incidence of gastritis increases every year WHO (2022), the presentation rate of gastritis incidence in the world includes Japan 14,5%, England 22%, France 29,5% china 31% and Canada 35%. Gastritis is an infection of the gastric. Data on the incidence of gastritis from the south solok health office in 2022 is 21,619 (16,64%) patients in 2023 as many as 484 people. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with the risk of gastritis in adolescents at SMAN 5 south solok in 2023. Thit type of quantitative research uses the method of cross-sectional research, research begins August 2023, the population in this study was 238 people with a sample of 69 people. Computerized data processing through the univariate analysis stage, namely descriptive ststistics in the from of mean, and bivariate analysis using chi-square with a confidance level of 95%. The results of the study found that more than half (59,4%) adolescents experienced the risk of gastritis. More than half (62,3%) poor diet, more than half (52,2%) adolescent experienced mild stres. The results of the chisquare test found there was a significant relationship between diet and the risk of gastritis with a p-value of 0.000, and there was a meaningful relationship between the level of stres and the risk of gastritis with a p-value of 0.003. Through the principal of SMAN 5 South Solok, it is expected to the health unit schools and classroom teachers to increase students knowledge about diet and stres levels on the risk of gastritis events by counducting education and collaborating with Public Health Center to conduct health counseling to schools about gastritis.
