FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI IBU HAMIL DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA KEHAMILAN DI PUSKESMAS LUBUK BEGALUNG KOTA PADANG
Abstract
Based on Riskesdas 2022, as many (39.7%) pregnant women suffered from anemia in 2018, 2019 (40.4%), 2020 (41.7%), 2021 amounting to 43.8% and in 2022 amounting to 47.3% . From January to May 2023, there were 1090 pregnant women affected by anemia at the Lubuk Begalung Community Health Center. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence pregnant women with the incidence of anemia during pregnancy at the Lubuk Begalung Community Health Center, Padang City in 2023. This type of research is "analytical" with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in April-August 2023 at the Lubuk Begalung Community Health Center, Padang City. The population of this study was all pregnant women who visited the Lubuk Begalung Community Health Center. The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. Data collection uses primary and secondary data. Univariate analysis uses descriptive statistical tests and Bivariate analysis uses the chi square test. The research results show that from the Chi square test results (p-value = 0.005) there is a significant relationship between Knowledge of Pregnant Women (p-value = 0.000), Education of pregnant women (p-value = 0.000), Age of pregnant women (p-value = 0.030), Maternal parity (p-value = 0.036) with the incidence of anemia in pregnancy. It was concluded that there was still a lack of maternal knowledge about anemia in pregnancy, and lack of compliance in consuming blood supplement tablets. It is hoped that the results of this research can further improve health status, especially in reducing the incidence of anemia in pregnancy.
