PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG HYPNOPARENTING DALAM MENANGGULANGI ENURESIS PADA ANAK PRASEKOLAH DI TK MATAHARI PADANG

Abstract

According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2019) in Indonesia it is estimated that the number of toddlers who have difficulty controlling defecation and urination at the age of toddlers to preschool reaches 75 million children. In preschool-age children (4-5 years) 40% of children who successfully run toileting and 60% fail to run toileting. This study aims to find out the average level of knowledge of mothers before and after being given health counseling to increase mother's knowledge about hypnoparenting in overcoming enuresis. This type of research is quantitative using a pre-experimental research design using a one group pretest-posttest design approach using a dependent T-test to determine the effect of health education on increasing mother's knowledge about hypnoparenting in overcoming enuresis in preschool children. This study used Quasy-experiments with the One Group Pretest-Posttest design, namely research that provides treatment to respondents (Notoatmodjo, 2012). The population in this study were 42 people and a sample of 10 people. The average level of knowledge of mothers before being given health counseling to increasing mothers' knowledge about hypnoparenting in overcoming enuresis is 46.80 with a standard deviation of 8.093. With a minimum value of 38 and a maximum of 63 while the average level of knowledge of mothers after being given health education has increased the knowledge of mothers about hypnoparenting in overcoming enuresis, namely with a standard deviation of 10.222, with a minimum value of 57 and a maximum value of 84 so that there is an influence of counseling on increasing mother's knowledge about hypnoparenting in Overcoming Enuresis in Preschool Children at Matahari Padang 2022 Kindergarten (p=0.000). It was suggested by the leadership of Matahari Padang Kindergarten to provide health education on hypnoparenting in tackling emesis in preschoolers at least once per semester (6 months).
