GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU HAMIL TENTANG NUTRISI PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER I - II DI PUSKESMAS LUBUK BUAYA PADANG

Abstract

Pregnancy is something that can make a happy family. The prospective mother should be healthy and have adequate nutrition before pregnancy and after pregnancy. If the mother does not get enough nutrition, the unborn baby will suffer malnutrition, one of the factors that influence the high maternal mortality rate is the attitude and behavior of mothers during pregnancy it self and supported by knowledge of the mother of her pregnancy. Based on the City Health Department records for Padang 2016, there were 8 cases of Chronic Energy Deficiency in health ceaters of Lubuk Buaya Padang. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the level of knowledge and attitude of pregnant women about nutrition of pregnant women that first to second trimester.Type a descriptive study, with a population of all pregnant  women in Lubuk Buaya health center of Padang city, and all be research subject as many as 35 samples. Data used primary data,  ie data on knowledge and attitude of pregnant women about nutrition during pregnancy obtained with interview techniques and filling a checklist. While secondary data is data about the number of pregnant women in  Lubuk Buaya obtained from health centers of Padang City. Date were analyzed descriptively. From these results, obtained Picture of the Level of Knowledg and Attitude of Pregnant Women about Nutrition of pregnant womqn that first to secont trimester in health center of Lubuk Buaya Padang, based on knowledge of  pregnant women who are knowledgeable about as many as 32 people (47,06%), highly knowledgeable as many as 6 people (17,1%). While the attitude of pregnant women, that is a positive attitude as much as 10 people (28,6%) and a negative attitude as many as 25 people (71,4%). Based on the results of research on health it is davisable to further enhance the counseling-counseling on nutrition during pregnancy, so no more pregnant women who suffer from Chronic Energy Deficiency, especially in Lubuk Buaya  health center of Padang city.
