FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PROSES PENYEMBUHAN LUKA FASE INFLAMASI PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUANGAN RAWAT INAP KEBIDANAN RSUP. DR. M. DJAMIL PADANG

Abstract

Sectio caesarea is a method of labor throught surgery in the abdomen and in the uterine wall.caesaria sectio data from januari to march 2019 in Dr. M. Djamil padang 324 people, with an average of 108 people per mont. There are 2 patiens who have infection in caesarean sectio scars (Medical Record Dr. Up Djamil Padang Hospital).  The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the healing process of the inflammatory phase of wounds in post sectio caesarea patients in RSUP obstetrical inpatient rooms. Dr. M.djamil padang in 2019.This research method analytical survey with cross sectional design. The population is all post sectio caesarean mothers in the Midwifery Inpatient Hospital Dr. M. Djamil Padang with 31 respondents. The number of samples is 31 respondents. Univariate analysis is done by descriptive statistics in the form of frequency distribution and percentage of each variable and bivariate analysis to see the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables using the Chi square test.The results showed the relationship between early mobilization with the healing process of inflammatory phase wounds (p value 0.008), the relationship of nutrition with the healing process of inflammatory phase wounds (p value 0.019) and the relationship of age with the healing process of inflammatory phase wounds (p value 0.008). early mobilization, nutrition and age with the healing process of the inflammatory phase wound. It is recommended that researchers who will carry out similar studies involve more samples and better research designs.
