FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PENYEMBUHAN LUKA PADA PASIEN PASCA LAPARATOMI DI RUANG BEDAH RUMAH SAKIT TK. III dr. REKSODIWIRYO PADANG

Abstract

WHO 2017 data on laparotomy patients has increased annually by 15%. In Indonesia, surgery has reached 1.2 million people (12.8%) and an estimated 32% of them are laparoscopic surgery. In West Sumatra 2017, Laparatomi surgery cases account for around 15% of the population or around 125,000 people. This study aims to determine the factors associated with wound healing in post-laparotomy patients in the surgical ward at Hospital Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang in 2019.This type of research is descriptive analytic, with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all postoperative Laparatomi patients in the operating room Hospital Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang and all populations were used as subjects or samples in the study. Data collection techniques by observing and questionnaires, then processed by Editing, Coding, Entry, and Cleaning. This research was conducted by means of descriptive statistics in the form of frequency distribution and percentage then Chi Square statistical tests were performed with 95% confidence level. The results of this study found that more than half of patients experience healing wounds that do not heal, more than half of patients experience poor nutritional status, more than half of patients do not mobilize, more than half of patients experience severe anxiety. There was a significant relationship between nutritional status (p = 0.001), mobilization (p = 0,000), anxiety (0.002) and wound healing in the Hospital Tk. III Dr. Padang Reksodiwiryo in 2019. It is recommended that the Kindergarten Hospital Tk. III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang can provide health education regarding wound care to minimize infection so that the healing of surgical wounds heals quickly and increases hospital accreditation.
