GAMBARAN FAKTOR MANUSIA TERHADAP TERJADINYA KECELAKAAN KERJA PADA TENAGA KERJA BAGIAN PRODUKSI DI PT. RIMBO PANJANG SUMBER MAKMUR (RPSM)

Abstract

Based on a survey that was conducted on Tuesday the 13th of the month 10 2015 found that PT. Rimbo Long Source prosperous (RPSM) never work accidents such as injuries due to blows on his head from a working tool that is used when unpacking the palm fruits from the truck to the loading. The purpose of this study is to describe the human factor to accidents on the labor portion of production at PT. Rimbo Long Source prosperous (RPSM). This study was descriptive. The population is all labor in the production department of PT. Rimbo Long source Makmur (RPSM) district. Kinali Kab. West Pasaman as many as 24 workers consisting of shift (1) consisting 24 samples. The study was conducted in December 2015-September 2016 and the instruments of studies using a questionnaire and checklist. Based on the results of the study showed as many as 21 people (87.5%) aged 16-35 years, as many as 11 people (45.8%) with lower education, respondents with tenure <3, the low level of knowledge of 15 people (62.5 %) and most of the workforce have the skills many as 21 people (87.5%). It is expected to head of the company to always always pay attention to safety of the workforce by evaluating the implementation of the work is already in line with the procedure or not to provide job training to the workforce such as the introduction of work tools, work methods and so forth so that workplace accidents could be avoided.
