FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI HAMBATAN MOBILITAS FISIK PADA LANSIA DIKELURAHAN GURUN LAWEH WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS NANGGALO PADANG

Abstract

Based on interview in ealdry gurun laweh, 4 eladry people can do activities normally, 8 people assisted by family, and 4 people use sticks.  The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors that Influence Obstacles to Physical Mobility in the Elderly in th Work Area Gurun Laweh Village, Nanggalo Padang Health Center in 2018. Cross sectional study design, the time of the study was started from March -August 2018. The population of this study was all elderly people amounting to 216 people and made a sample of 45 people in the village of Desert Laweh. Collecting data using questionnaires, data processed by editing, coding, entry, and cleaning. Data analysis was performed with univariate analysis using analytical descriptive, using chi-square with 95% confidence level and α 0.05. The results obtained more than half (75.6%) of respondents experienced physical mobility barriers, more than half (64.4%) elderly lifestyle was not good, most (82.2) elderly had a disease process, more than half (75.6) elderly environment was not good . Statistically there is a significant relationship between lifestyle with physical mobility barriers of the elderly (p value = 0.009), there is a significant relationship between the disease process with the obstacle of elderly physical mobility (p value = 0.000) there is a significant relationship between the environment and the elderly physical mobility barriers (p value = 0.000). It is suggested through the head of the Nanggalo health center so that this research becomes a material of thought for the Nanggalo health center to be able to provide an explanation for the elderly about the factors that can affect physical mobility barriers in the elderly. different methods and methods with this research.
