FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN DIET TINGGI KALORI TINGGI PROTEIN (TKTP) PADA PENDERITA TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LUBUK BUAYA PADANG
Abstract
Padang city health office in 2015 reported incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis as many 14400 cases. The incidence is highest in LubukBuayacommunity health centers as many 101 people. Pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers often experience a decrease in nutritional status, nutritional status can even be worse if not balanced with proper diet, hence the need for compliance of High-Calorie Diet High Protein to meet the nutritional status of patients with tuberculosis. This study aims to determine the factors associated with adherence High-Calorie Diet High Protein in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in LubukBuayacommunity health centers 2016. This research is analytic cross sectional study design was conducted from January to August 2016 at LubukBuayacommunity health centers. The total sample of 64 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The data collection was done by interview using a questionnaire. Data processing steps of editing, coding, entry,and cleaning. Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with square test with 95% confidence level. This result of the study 48.4% of pulmonary tuberculosis patients are not adherent to implement high-protein high calorie diet, 43.8% of patients feel less good family support, 46.9% of patients have low of economic status, 56.3% of patients have low levels of education. There is a significant relationship between family support with adherence high-calorie high-protein diet(p value = 0,000), there is a significant relationship between the economic status with adherence high-calorie high-protein diet (p value = 0,000), there is a significant relationship between level of education with adherence high-calorie high-protein diet (p value = 0,000). Leadership of health centers / holder tuberculosis program is expected to run the program associated with treatment of tuberculosis such as nutrition improvement program for tuberculosis.
